Wasps & Hornets
One-time treatments between $99.95 - $149.95. Comes with a 45-day guarantee, where we will return for free as often as needed. Price determined by difficulty and amount of product needed. WE WILL NOT CHARGE MORE THAN $149.95! Our treatment includes treating the nest and removal of the nest (when accessible). We will also treat all accessible eaves to help prevent future infestations. Nests in difficult locations may be charged at a higher rate, but not without customer approval.

Fleas
One-time treatment for only $129.95. If fleas are not gone, we will return one time for free within 45 days. Generally flea treatments include treating all carpeted and upholstered areas inside the home. Because of this, it is recommended that everyone leave the home for 3 hours after our flea treatment.
Cockroaches
45-Day Treatment Plan for only $129.95 which includes one FREE follow-up visit, if needed. Our cockroach treatment generally consist of treating the interior of the home where cockroaches are present.
Moles
Only $60 per treatment. At Eco Elite we use a method that is proven effective and mimics a mole’s natural food source. Moles can be very tricky pests to eliminate, but often our customers only need one treatment to get rid of their mole problem. In areas with a high mole population, multiple treatments may be required. You choose how many treatments you need and when you need them!
Bed Bugs
Bed bugs have made a return with a vengeance, especially in the Seattle area. We are licensed, bonded, insured, and more importantly, trained in dealing with your bed bug problem. There are many methods and techniques for getting rid of bed bugs. We’ve based our bed bug removal process on what has proven effective and also cost effective.
How do I know if I have bed bugs?
Because bed bugs have been so popular in the news during the last few years, many times people jump to the conclusion that the mystery bumps showing up on them are indeed bed bugs. Bed bugs have sure made a comeback, but first let’s identify if you do in fact have them. The easiest way to check for bed bugs is to look. A large percentage of bed bugs are located within 5 feet of your bed. We recommend taking off all bedding, such as sheets, blankets, etc. and inspecting them thoroughly. Next, do a very thorough inspection of your mattress and box spring. Look carefully at all seams and especially on the bottom-side of your mattress. If you see any live bed bugs or dark spots, then you have bed bugs. Many times on an inspection we won’t find any live bed bugs (because they are hiding), but we’ll see the black spots they leave behind. Another common place to find evidence of bed bugs is on the bed itself, usually under the box spring. Again, look for live bed bugs or black spots. Other locations to search for bed bugs include couches, bookshelves, and electronic items close to your bed. Because everyone reacts differently to bed bug bites, it is nearly impossible to identify them from bites alone.
How much does this cost?
We’ve tried to make this simple for our customers. Unlike our competitors, we list our prices online, so you know how much you’re paying before we come out. Below you’ll see a chart with our prices. The cost depends on how many rooms you need treated. The follow-up price is NOT per room, but total. So if you need 3 rooms treated we will charge you $329 on your first visit and $119 for each follow-up visit you need.

So how many follow-up visits do you need? This really depends on the situation. We’ve been able to eradicate bed bugs in as little as one visit, but on average it takes between 3 and 5 treatments. There are cases where more than 5 treatments may be needed. Also, unlike our competitors, we do not make you sign a long-term contract. If you only need two treatments, then you only pay for two treatments! We will treat as needed.
Also, we strongly recommend that you purchase both mattress and box spring encasements for infested beds. This will help tremendously speed up the process of getting rid of bed bugs. DO NOT purchase a cheap encasement! You need one that seals up properly and has no holes for bed bugs to escape from. You may either purchase encasements from a third-party or from us. Our prices range from $40 to $100 depending on the size.
How do you get rid of bed bugs?
The resurgent of bed bugs has led to new research and methods. We are always looking for new and effective treatments, so our procedures may change from one treatment to another. Generally speaking though, here are some of the things that we do:
- Steam. We use a portable steam machine that produces steam at such high heats that it penetrates cracks and crevices where the bed bugs are hiding. The high heat kills them and their eggs instantly. We use the steam machine on mattresses, box springs, furniture and other hiding places.
- Chemical Application. Bed bugs have shown resistance to today’s chemicals, so we do not rely on chemicals alone to get rid of them. We will apply various chemicals where there is bed bug activity. Some products we use are organic, some are green and some are synthetic. Your health and safety are our number one concern, so when using chemical inside your home we apply it in a method that won’t affect you or your family.
- Monitor. We may use various types of bed bug monitors to see where bed bug activity is present and see where they are tracking.
- Slow-Release Fumigant. Many times we will bag up personal belongings into airtight bags and apply a slow-release fumigant. This will penetrate hard to treat items, such as electronics, and kill all bed bugs and eggs.
- Vacuum. In heavy infestations, we may vacuum bed bugs to decrease the population quickly.

As stated above, our quarterly protection plan is the best way to eradicate pests and keep them away. All you pay is $85 per quarter. We will come out four times a year and perform a complete exterior treatment of your home. Our exterior treatment includes treating the foundation of your home, knocking down all accessible spider webs and wasp nests, treating entry points, dusting cracks and crevices, inspecting and treating eaves and granulating a 10-foot perimeter around the home.
At the time of our quarterly visit, if you should have any pest issues inside your home, we will gladly treat the infested areas. If anything should arise between our scheduled visits, simply call us and we’ll return for FREE.
