Quarterly Pest Control Plans
HOW DO YOUR QUARTERLY PLANS WORK?
On our first visit we will charge you an initial fee depending on the pest and level of infestation. Our office can give you a price range for most pests and technicians will be able to give you an exact price at time of service. We then then bill your credit card monthly at the beginning of the month. Once a quarter we will perform a preventative exterior service. If any issues arise between your quarterly services, simply let us know and we’ll gladly return for free to retreat the affected areas.
WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GOLD, SILVER, AND BRONZE?
Bronze covers one pest only or rodents only. Silver covers all nuisance pests (see list below). Gold covers all nuisance pests AND rodents.
WHAT PESTS ARE CONSIDERED NUISANCE PESTS?
- Ants – Carpenter, Cornfield, Moisture, Odorous House, Pavement, Thatching

- Sow Bugs
- Stink Bugs

WHAT ARE SOME COMMON PESTS NOT COVERED?
There are some pests that are not covered under our quarterly plans because they cannot be prevented by regular routine service. Some of those pests include fleas, bed bugs, moles, termites, mites, moths, and beetles. However, if you do need a treatment for these pests, you will receive a discounted price for the treatment. Contact us for more details on pricing and discounts.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR QUARTERLY PLAN VERSUS ONE-TIME TREATMENTS?
With our one-time treatments, there is no guarantee and you pay for each follow-up visit. Many pests require multiple visits to eradicate and can return later. Our year-long protection plans offer a MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE. We guarantee that if we cannot solve your pest problem, we will return for free until you are satisfied. If the problem persists and we are unable to resolve the problem, we will credit or refund your last service payment.
WHAT IS THE TERM OF THE QUARTERLY SERVICE AGREEMENT?
